Each two hour workshop starts with warming up our bodies and breath to connect with our bodies, vocal chords and focusing presence, and expand to vocal range using gentle repetition of constants, vowels, and classic vocal exercises. We open our perspective by practicing hearing one another, exploring vocal improvisation and playfully passing sound and movement. Through games and simple improvisational structures, we create unique songs and compositions together. No previous experience necessary.
